This timeframe accounts for the printing and preparation of each kit according to the customer's specific choices, such as diamond shape (round or square), canvas size, and the option to add up to 5 AB drills. While our kits take longer to ship and arrive due to their customization, we ensure that each kit is meticulously crafted to meet our customers' expectations, resulting in a truly personalized and high-quality product. We understand that we are asking for patience, but guarantee that it will be worth the wait.
Return Policy for Diamond Painting Kits

Orders can be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Must be in original packaging and unused. A restocking fee may apply and shipping will not be refunded.

For damaged or incorrect kits, please notify us at support@calmingcanvasdesigns.com with your order number, details regarding the issue, and pictures if necessary. We will pay shipping if the kit needs to be sent back.

Custom orders and digital downloads are not eligible for refund.
